At Domifined, we are dedicated to helping you sculpt your confidence and find your perfect silhouette. We understand that getting the ideal fit for your Domifined 3-in-1 Shaper is essential. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Fit Guarantee (Returns & Exchanges)

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window starting from the day your package is delivered.

Because shapewear is an intimate apparel item, hygiene is our top priority. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, packaging, and protective hygiene seals must be completely intact.

• The item must be free from any scents, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or pet hair.

⚠️ Hygiene Note: Please try on your Domifined 3-in-1 Shaper over your own underwear. For health and safety reasons, we reserve the right to reject returns that show any signs of wear or do not meet these hygiene standards.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

We’ve made the process simple and seamless:

2. Review: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and send you the appropriate return instructions and shipping address.

3. Ship It Back: Securely package your shaper and ship it back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by our fulfillment team, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank).

• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

4. Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? Don’t worry. If you need a different size of the 3-in-1 Shaper to get that perfect, flawless contour, just mention your desired size when you contact our support team. If the item passes our hygiene check, we will ship out your new size completely free of charge.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We pride ourselves on premium quality. If your Domifined shaper arrives damaged, or if you experience a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at [Domifined@gmail.com] with a clear photo of the issue. We will fast-track a brand-new replacement to you at zero extra cost.

6. Final Sale Items

Please note that items purchased during specific clearout events, major holiday flash sales, or marked explicitly as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
